2. The processing of personal data
Unless listed separately, personal data is processed for the purposes listed below.
2.1 General and individual advice
2.1.1 Purpose
The purpose of data processing is to provide the counseling services at the online psychological counseling pratice.
All information is voluntary and is provided on the basis of written consent. Specifically, if a type of "client file" is created for counseling, the following data may be processed:
- Surname, first name
- e-mail address

- Name and phone number of an emergency contact
- Data relevant to counseling, e.g. concerns, psychotherapeutic anamnesis,
suspected diagnoses, psychopathological findings.

In the case of e-mail contact, your data will be processed on the basis of your voluntarily given consent in accordance with Article 6 paragraph 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time. The revocation does not affect the legality of the data processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation. Please do not write any confidential information - especially health data - in an unencrypted e-mail, but only use it to make initial contact.
You have the right to receive information about the personal data concerning you. You can also request the correction of incorrect data. In addition, under certain conditions, you have the right to erasure of data, the right to restriction of data processing and the right to data portability. Your data is processed on the basis of legal regulations. Your consent would only be required in exceptional cases. In these cases, you have the right to withdraw your consent for future processing.
Processing of personal data on the website:
This website serves to provide information about my practice. Personal data (first name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number) are not collected on the website. When you visit my website, the browser used on your device sends information to the server of this website. This information is temporarily stored in the server's log files. I would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by email) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

2.1.2 Legal basis
Insofar as consent of the data is obtained it is subject for the processing of personal data according to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR which serves as the legal basis, for example, for the creation of a "client file". For the fulfillment of legal obligations, here the provision and implementation of the advisory service, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR serves as the legal basis.
2.1.3 Recipients
Your personal data will be collected and processed exclusively by Nina Kutylowski and transferred to a coding system immediately after collection. The data will not be forwarded to a third country or an international
