Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

Developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979, this thoughtfully designed program integrates insights from neuroscience, psychology, and educational approaches that focus on experiential, group-based, and discovery learning. Recognized globally as the "gold standard" in mindfulness training, participants are provided with an opportunity to build a personalized mindfulness practice over the course of eight weeks (plus one additional day), supported by a small-group environment.
